iSentry Digital Profile

The iSentry Digital Profile is a robust and trusted means of collecting, authenticating and securing identity information on staff, clients and service users. With continued verification of this data over time, Digital Profile is an ideal solution to your identity management needs.

At the heart of the iSentry Digital Profile is a compliance matrix that defines the documents, rules and roles for the appropriate regulatory regime you work under.

The built in compliance matrix and workflow process delivers this verification through a simple yet secure interface.

The product is available in two forms today:

The Financial module provides for the KYC requirements imposed by Anti Money Laundering legislation and compliance with regulatory regimes such as FSA, SEC, Basel II.

The Healthcare module has been specifically constructed for the Health and Social care sector with full support for UK Care Standards recommendations.

How are customers using it?

Established providers and respected leaders in the Healthcare sector have adopted iSentry Digital Profile to ensure all their staff records are up to date and their Service User identity records are securely stored. Stored centrally but accessible locally by authorised individuals, staff records are verified in accordance with the Service Providers own procedures and in line with Care Standards requirements.

Digital Profile is being used by clients in the financial sector at the heart of their global anti-money laundering regime. The mandatory requirement to know-your-customer relies invariably on a professional verification process requiring production of identification documents for the customer or client concerned and, in most cases, a continuous updating of these documents. All KYC information is sealed in a digital vault and in the event of a document expiring, compliance staff and the individual can be automatically alerted to take action.

Not only does it provide a secure web-based solution for the storage and archiving of KYC documentation, Digital Profile also provides a secure self-regulating interface that enables the electronic transmission of KYC documentation from one professional services provider to another in a way that satisfies the regulatory requirements. As an option, it also enables the customer to manage his own KYC, making him responsible for ensuring that it is regularly updated and putting the onus on him to authorise its transmission from one professional services provider to another.
