What is Digital Content Exchange?
iSentry's Digital Content Exchange (DCX) is a server based, secure email platform that allows organisations and individuals to seamlessly deliver and exchange confidential information. Supporting both individual message and batch processing, Digital Content Exchange creates efficiencies without requiring any software or plug-ins on the client side.
Web Based Delivery: DCX supports web based delivery allowing you to send/receive packages using your standard web browser. There is no client side software required and you can be running in minutes.
Direct Delivery: DCX can also support direct delivery of any messages to or from your own mail server. Where requested the system will attempt to communicate directly in an encrypted secured manner with your native email environment, allowing your internal users to continue to use Notes or Exchange based solutions as needed. If encrypted links aren't possible then the message remains available via web interface but it is never sent out in clear text.
Web Services: DCX supports Web Servicestoo allowing you or your third party software supplier to tie your existing systems (LOS etc) into the secure package system with minimal effort. Java and .NET example clients are available to speed any integration efforts too.
eSign your packages: DCX supports full digital signing. This allows you to deliver your packages securely and get a signed acknowlegement from the recipient that they accepted the content. The signed response is fully tamper sealed within DCX just like all other packages but it contains the clients own digital signature (Click/Pin or even Certificate) too. eSigning is more than just a click-sign though, DCX supports configurable terms and conditions ensuring that your clients accept use of the site prior to signing documentation. DCX also automatically reminds signers on a timed basis and expires packages that go past their sign-by data (i.e. 3 days docs in the US mortgage industry). DCX signing is driven by the iSentry Digital Handshake.
With Digital Content Exchange, organisations can securely and compliantly move large volumes of data with security and control, dramatically reducing the cost of traditional mail, fax, printing and courier services. Supported by comprehensive tracking and tamper sealing capabilities, Digital Content Exchange is the perfect solution for the secure delivery of confidential document packages, intellectual property, patient records, and other sensitive communications.
Digital Content Exchange is used today by both consumer and business facing organisations and provides 24x7 confidential package deliveries all over the world.

How are Customers using it?
One of the world's largest mortgage companies using Digital Content Exchange to exchange documents securely with their franchises and business partners. US regulations mandate that mortgage documents, containing personal information, must be sent by a secure recorded means. For many mortgage companies this means printing and despatch by courier, an expensive and time consuming process. Digital Content Exchange eliminates the need to print and package documents prior to despatch and simplifies the distribution process, removing the courier cost. Closing Agents receiving packages via Digital Content Exchange have benefited by reduced closing cycles and lower document delivery costs.
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services:Tens of thousands of mortgage professionals use DCX everyday in the USA as part of their mortgage workflow. DCX is available through our exclusive partner in the USA, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services (a.k.a VMP) who market it as SDX (Secure Document Exchange).
